is their gonna be a prestige system?

hey guys i just got this for christmsa and i was wondering if their is suposed to be a prestige system in this game it seems like their is only a small number of ranks so i feel like their gonna have to?

They'll probably just add more ranks like they did in Reach.

I can't see them putting in a prestige system.

okay thanks for the info it just seems silly to have like 999 ranks i feel like that wood get real old real fast especally if they dont add more specallizations

I personally find losing all the gear I've unlocked silly and pointless. To each their own though.
