Halo 4

What if I bought it under my brother's Xbox Live silver account for 2000 MS points, then downloaded it on my Xbox Live gold account on the same Xbox 360 system through the Halo 4 in-game store, will that work?

Also, what if by the time the 2nd map pack comes out, my Xbox Live gold subscription run out, can I still download the 2nd & 3rd map pack from the in-game store or no? If it's gonna be complicated, I should probably wait to buy next year until they each become half off with the Deal of The Week.

The Spartans Ops even after months, will always be available to play right? I didn't reach level 50 on the first 2 weeks so does that mean I'm never ever gonna get the Specializations classes?

I'm not sure about being able to play the map packs. If you bought them with your brother's account, then I would think you would have to be under that gamertag when you start playing Halo.

It's not possible for him to download it anymore because he doesn't have Xbox Live gold but I will use his account to buy the season map pass. Yes, I know that I have to have gold membership for Spartan Ops, but my question is that in 1 year, will they still be available to play? I have 2 quantity 3 month Xbox Live Gold subscription cards and I'll only use them when I have to.

Oh, well yea, supposedly Spartan Ops will always be there to play.

Well I bought the pass on my profile and since it comes with to armor pieces any other profile on my system gets to use them 2. At first it didn't then 343 had that update and my other profiles got them after that
