I think it boils down to this, what do more people care about, mlg, or virgin gaming hosting a one time tournament that is not actually broadcasted anywhere to my knowledge. Also, this so called tournament that is based solely on playtime and not skill. Doesn't make any sense to me.
Maybe they're just waiting for the TU to see if it allows more options for customization, since there isn't a whole lot they can do with the settings right now. I would imagine that they want to remove Instant respawn and perhaps sprint, among other things. If they like what they see with the TU, then it wouldn't surprise me if they picked it up again.
I do find it ironic that not too soon after Bravo starts working for 343, Halo 4 gets dropped from MLG.
No, Microsoft has signed a deal with Virgin Gaming. Something to do with the rights of broadcasting halo or something. MLG can't do anything.
