Longevity-wise, Multiplayer is better, but that's expected.
However, if I could only play Halo 4 one time, and I could only play campaign or multiplayer, I'd go with campaign, since I really enjoyed the campaign in Halo 4 and I like the Halo lore.

My only issue with the campaign was that, if you didn't already know who the Librarian and the Didact were, you would be thinking "wat?" through most of it.
Isn't that more of a positive? You know linking in all parts of the halo series and not leaving loose ends... And a little nostalgia for people that played the original trilogy --- Skyrim, Halo 4, ACIII, Dishonored, BOII, FO:NV and ME3 as we all know is just a bunch of crap to fill the gap until FO4.

Halo 1 and 2 = Campaign (I never played online multiplayer for those two games; I was never an online gamer until the 7th generation of video games) Halo 3+ - Multiplayer --- Xbox 360 Gamertag & Nintendo Network ID: TDPNeji Steam ID: NejiHyuga900

Can't really complain about the campaign being short it's the start of another trilogy, so yes it will be short it lays down the base story for the rest. I think it was well done and I can't wait to play the rest. --- Be careful around explosions, they're contagious. GT: L337 Muffen

Hard to compare them, but I had more fun playing campaign. I don't especially like competitive games, considering how even the nicest person becomes an ass when put against someone. Plus, spops has too many betrayals for it to be fun.
Best campaign in the series, IMO. --- 6 MONTHS!? Jesus that's a long attention span... I'm lucky if I can pay attention for more than
