How do I unlock master armor

I finish using SAW riffle and have master comendantion unlocked but I didnt get any master armor? why not?

You don't unlock anything by maxing a single weapon. Only if you master a group. For example, human weapons are clumped into loadout and ordnance weapons. You only unlock something when maxing out a loadout/ordnance group.
