Once you pick a specialization.

If I get Wetwork, and after that Operator, will I lose EVERYTHING from wetwork or is some kind of pokemon, where you can "evolve" your spartan keeping the good ol' moves?

You lose nothing.

Good to know, thank you!

And about the others like stalker and engineer, how can I get to them? I must choose one of the two available and they will unlock eventually?

Nope, you need a specialization code.

They'll unlock to everyone eventually, but 343 hasn't exactly been open about when/how/why everyone will get all the specializations. The only way to currently have more than the 2 (level cap 70) is to input a "specialization code" which unlocks them all. They have said, though, that all specs will open up to everyone at some point, just no specifics, or really even hints, as to when that will be or how many will be unlocked over what period of time.

I'm smelling a 800MSP DLC. After been through BF3 and his super amazing premium, I see 343 doing something like that with Halo.

The Operator special is complete BS. Takes away the only chance players have against vehicles. (unless they have a power weapon)

The worst mistake a game developer can make is listening to the community. Halo Reach, Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 2 are the ending result.....enough said.

You must be joking. It's unreal easy to destroy vehicles in this game with just your loadout weapons.

As long as you don't hold down B when changing Specialisation you'll be fine.

The future does not exist, because by the the time you're there it's already the present.
