As long as you don't hold down B when changing Specialisation you'll be fine.

Why?

I would believe that is a reference to your talk about Pokemon evolving in the OP.

These people are meat virgins. They'll be taken by the grill and delicately and tenderly be shown the ways of flavorful meat love. The first time is beautiful.

Good to know, thank you!

And about the others like stalker and engineer, how can I get to them? I must choose one of the two available and they will unlock eventually?

They'll unlock to everyone eventually, but 343 hasn't exactly been open about when/how/why everyone will get all the specializations. The only way to currently have more than the 2 (level cap 70) is to input a "specialization code" which unlocks them all. They have said, though, that all specs will open up to everyone at some point, just no specifics, or really even hints, as to when that will be or how many will be unlocked over what period of time.

Xbox LIVE messaged me with a code a couple of weeks back. I input the code and viola, all the specializations were unlocked...

I only played my roommate's copy of the game when it first released and used the two week Gold trial that came with the game (my console of choice is PS3). I don't understand why I was emailed a code, I just figured that if I received one, everyone else did.

i agree with having to buy them..then they will show up for 0 MS points and 343 will say it was a trial for the fans and then they will take them away again

the only thing you lose is the word "Wetwork" on the bottom of your Halo Baseball Card.

Yeah, as long as you played by November 20th and had an email address that you actually use/can check, you got a code. People with fake/outdated email addresses were sent the code, too. But clearly they had no way of checking for them. I addressed this, however. I just thought it common knowledge at this point how you got a code earlier.

The thing is, if you didn't get to play by November 20th, or your email was one in one of the states I mentioned, then your only recourse was to get a freebie from someone who got 2 (there was a huge debacle and some people got more than one), trade for them or buy one off ebay. By now, if you haven't done any of those, possibly ebay and waiting for the actual release of the specs are your only options.

And thank you for the explanation.
