Do people age 40+ play Halo 4?

average?? wow. That seems so strange to me...I can't imagine gaming casually 8 years from now but then again........well no, yes i can, nevermind. :p

Even though I don't doubt that the average gamer is 30( seeing as its a fact), I can't help but think the average age of the online gamer is lower than that. I'm sure there are a bunch of older people that play online shooters but I gotta think that the majority are in there mid to early 20's.

I'd say it's 50/50, just that the majority of online gamers who use mics and headsets seem to be between the ages of 13-24.

To help answer if people over 40 play Halo 4, Yes they do. I'm over 40 and play Halo 4 and have a few friends over 40 who play as well.

Well I wonder if the age 40+ crowd that plays Halo have jobs, families etc and are not unemployed losers living in their mother's basement. I'm not saying they are...I'm just saying I wonder IF most of them are...

I wonder what it is that would make you jump to the conclusion that anyone over 40 who plays Halo is an "unemployed loser living their parents basement". I find it far more likely that there are more people in their teens and 20s living at their parents still who have more time to play, employed or not.
