In 8th grade I was leg pressing 500+ pounds, I don't know my max because the machine only went to 500. Leg pressing is easier than squating, yes, but that should give you an idea. I didn't weight train again until I was a Junior in high school, and I was squatting 350.
You should probably run more, or do some hindu squats. 225 isn't that great, to be honest, and I'm not even trying to be mean.

Then I have a lot of work to do. Still, this is only my first year of lifting, Its actually only been...4 months i think? I don't run much because I hate cardio. I suck at it. Anyways, thanks for the opinions. I know you could be lying to me but oh well, when people tell you you're bad, you get better.
