In 8th grade I was leg pressing 500+ pounds, I don't know my max because the machine only went to 500. Leg pressing is easier than squating, yes, but that should give you an idea. I didn't weight train again until I was a Junior in high school, and I was squatting 350.

Then I have a lot of work to do. Still, this is only my first year of lifting, Its actually only been...4 months i think? I don't run much because I hate cardio. I suck at it.
