Lvl Cap question

so im getting the impression this is old news, but i cant tell what the story is, and as i approach lvl 70 finally, and having the standard version, am i about to be capped? or was this just an issue during the first weeks and now everyone can go all the way to 130?

If I recall, and someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, I believe they are releasing ALL specializations for everyone (who rather didn't get codes, or played the game since Christmas... if that even mattered) within the next several months. I remember reading it somewhere, and that they'd be releasing two specializations at a time, slowly over time.

Again, someone may want to reconfirm or correct that.
