On dispatch at least, learn when the snipers and overshields respawn.

Overshield spawns in the upper middle, snipers spawn at team bases, I think. I didn't touch the overshield because I didn't want to look like a scrub. I also didn't know about the pegs in the walls on Haven that let you climb from lower outside to upper outside, but I'll be taking advantage of that now.
