Does this run at 60 or 120FPS?

What are the average framerates for both SP and MP, as well as split screen local co-op(2P and 4P)?

The game is on sale right now at Best Buy(or is it $40 everywhere?)so I was thinking of picking it up.

Halo has always ran at 30 fps.

Halo 4 is only 30 fps because the 360 is a piece of junk.
