Halo CE: Either the Library or Silent Cartographer. Halo 2: Cairo Station, Outskirts, The Arbiter, or Gravemind. Halo 3: Tsavo Highway, The Covenant, or Halo. Halo ODST: The first one. Halo Wars: Haven't played the campaign. Halo Reach: Long Night of Solace. Halo 4: The one with the Mammoth. I think it was called Reclaimer.

CE - Halo and Silent Cartographer. Something about riding the pelicans and then storming the beach full of covenant was always fun to me.
2 - Second level(Forgot the name) and Delta Halo. Eventhough both were hell on legendary thanks to the jackals.
3 - None really stand out to me. Probably that one level where you kill the prophet of truth.
ODST - None come to mind.
Reach - The one level where we see the Covenant glassing the planet for the first time. Always wanted to see/experience that in a halo game ever since I read Fall of Reach. Also the last one where you're alone and your sole objective is to survive.
4 - Infinity.

Assault on the Control Room would have to be my 2nd favorite. I remember hating High Charity with all the flood on it lol.
The music really made High Charity for me... even though it was a Flood-infested wreck, I just absolutely love that level.
And even though these events technically took place in the level "Uprising". I loved walking throughout High Charity, listening to Truth's propaganda speeches, and listening to that amazing soundtrack.
