It was my second favorite campaign of the series, behind Halo 2.
That being said, I thought it was very short. Even on heroic, for the first time, I think I had it beat in 4-5 hours. I may be in the minority here, but I wouldn't mind if the Halo campaigns lasted 10+ hours (or even FPS's in general; most are too short nowadays).

most shooters ditch a good SP for the more favored MP modes
i didnt mind this SP. im not big into SP in shooters anyway. i played 2 so long ago i dont remember it and 3 was ok. reach was different but too easy with the other members of yoru squad being invincible
I wish the end hadn't been a cawwadooty QTE, they should have let us "fight" the Didact in some way. I say fight loosely because, you know, Force powers. Even so, it felt rushed.
The Pulse Grenade doesn't even blow up like a Pulse Grenade for goodness' sake. I'd have happily had it blow, trapping him in the ionisation field since it's embedded in his chest, and shot him in the ****ing head or something.
