Why did 343 take the skill out of halo?

the mechanics are okay its mainly just the maps that suck

The mechanics aren't okay. Not getting zoomed out when shot is a horrible game mechanic.

No weapon pick ups on any makes for a terrible mechanic...

There is a skill system in the game that matches you to people your level, it's just invisible. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it isn't there. It's also becoming visible on Waypoint in April, I think. You should back yourself up with facts and not stuff you think. Also, there is no dynamic armor. Every piece of armor is aesthetic


Okay, fact: the matchmaking system does not use your exp ranking to matchmake, it uses a true skill ranking. It does not match you to "people your level", but to people of your skill, assuming it worked that is.
