I have a question (if you are still answering them, that is) concerning the last two entries on your timeline.

"2610- January 15- An unknown contact sends a black box to his cousin. The black box contains a detailed account of the Noble Team's involvement in the Battle of Reach, Dr. Halsey's journal, and a miniature statue of Noble Team.

(?)- A monument to John-117 is erected into the Museum of Humanity."

Where did this information come from? Also, if the monument to John-117 being erected is true, does that imply that he has died by then?

To the first question, I believe that it just part of the lore behind what was in the Legendary Edition of Halo: Reach (the game detailing the events of Noble Team's involvement on Reach, Halsey's journal, and the statue of Noble Team).

To the second question, if I recall correctly, the monument was constructed from 2607-2610. While we obviously don't know for sure, I'd say it's a good chance he'd be dead by then. Even if he had never been killed in combat, he would be almost 100 years old by that time (which I guess is possible, but just very unlikely).

Thank you for the response! Do you happen to know where exactly the information about the monument came from though?

The monument was referred to in the Halo 3 advertising campaign "Believe", in particular is this piece of metafiction propaganda:

As for what it implies about the Chief's fate, that is entirely dependent on 343 Industries. The Reclaimer trilogy has changed a lot of things, and certain pieces of the puzzle no longer fit with what we can extrapolate from new information, at least without some other stories to fill in the gaps (for instance, I'm finding it increasingly unlikely that the Elites are going to wage a full-scale war against the Brutes that will be over by 2559, given the state of Sanghelios in The Thursday War. Or how about Halsey's journal leaving ONI's hands and finding its way into a museum).

I was curious as to why you didn't have anything about Offensive Bias, or maybe I just missed it, there was a lot of information. Great post though! Learned a lot of stuff I didn't know and remembered stuff I forgot.

Mendicant Bias? Who the hell is that?

Possibly one of the most important characters. Rather than write an extensive article on him, I figure I'll let the professionals handle it.
