It has been stuck on this screen for a while. I have tried turning my Xbox on and off and resetting my router but nothing works. Anyone else have this issue?

Glad to see I'm not the only person with this issue.

Pull your ethernet cord when it gets stuck. When you sign back in you'll be in the war games lobby.

Ya welcome casuals

There must have been major lag 2000 years ago. It took Jesus 3 days to respawn.

It's not just Halo 4. I tried Mass Effect 3 and it got stuck in the checking downloadable content screen also. I unplugged it and I can play offline no problem. Did you guys get an update for Xbox Live yesterday? I suspect that's the cause
