question about Shinobido 2 game card save backups

Hi,

When I run content manager on the Vita, I can backup most of my (card-based) PS Vita apps and/or their data, including the downloaded demo for Shinobido 2.

However, I cannot backup the Shinobido 2 retail game data, it just doesn't show in the list.

I understand that the game save might be saved to the game card, but is there any way to back it up? I've put at least 40 hours into the game right now, and I'm rather nervous about not having a backup in case the game gets stolen or the save becomes somehow corrupt.

Thanks!

Best regards,

Piesia

I have absolutely no idea. Try asking on the Vita board. You'll more than likely have more luck there since there are much more people who can reply.

Because the game SAVES on the GAME CARTRIDGE itself, not in the memory card.

- If the game SAVES on the memory card then you can backup it on the content manager.

ok, thanks, that's what I was afraid of.

It seems like a design flaw -- I'd rather the game gave me the option to save on the cartridge or the card (so I have the opportunity to back it up), if a cartridge game.

thanks for your reply!
