How do you get all five file Stars?

I've got every single Star Coin, got all 93 exits, etc but I have four. What am I missing?

1 exit

You also have to catch nabbit in all 7 worlds.

Yep, 94 exits, not 93.

I have 91 flags. Is there any way to list which exits I already found? I'm not sure where the other 3 may be or which 91 I already found....

Figured it out. Of the 12 secret exits, the ones that didn't involve coins I needed to go through the regular exit. Also, if a path wasn't connected, that was a sign that I didn't hit the secret exit.
