So, does anybody know all of this game's level/world skips?

Played through it a few times now, but done all levels. Just wondering what skips there are, wanna shorten my time by a fair bit.

The shortest route, I believe (from memory) is taking the secret exit from 1-2 which leads you to world 5 then there's a secret exit out of ghost house to world 7 and from the first tower there is shortcut to the fortress where you finish the game normally.
