Nope. The "one cousin" bit means that there is only one other thing like it in the entire game, and the second verse is describing that one other thing.

And, OK, fine, the "nothing would change" line means that if the answer weren't in the game, it wouldn't affect gameplay at all. In fact, it really wouldn't affect anything at all. The whole game would be the same, save for the answer not being there. Like I said, it's a small detail.
