Something tells me they're going back even further. Remember Dark Souls? More than anything, it was like the original Zelda. As far as I could tell, they're changing it back to the 'basics'. Meaning the new Zelda is going to play more like OoT.
I don't think thats what they meant.
I think that means they are trying to rebuild a 3D experience from the ground up again (as in from the 2D Zelda's up), which I think is a wonderful idea. Rather than modifying OoT to make an "Ocarina-killer" game, why not try rebuilding the 3D experience entirely. --- Not changing this sig until we get a new main series Tales game released on a Nintendo console in the US
