Mine are:
Molgera's Theme
Midna's Lament
Ganondorf Battle (TP)
Ballad of the Windfish
Fi's Gratitude
Windfall Island
Most of Ocarina of Time's soundtrack (its not bad, persay, just not godsend like people make it out to be) *hides behind flameshield*

Molgera Battle, Hidden Village and Mogma's Theme. Guess I don't really like the jaunty ones.

D: I love Midna's Lament.....

Any given most OoT songs have been redone, they wouldn't really seem that great, but to me they are classics and far more memorable than anything else.

Ballad of the Wind Fish (LA) - Personally I think that the GB sound chip just wasn't capable for such a complex song so to me it sound rather weird.
Dragon Roost Island (WW) - definitely one of the better songs in the series but far away from #1.
Spirit Tracks Main Theme - OK this one is biased but I never played the game (and don't intend to do so after playing a couple hours of PH and disliking the controls) so i don't have any feelings for it.

I generally agree with iKhanic, but add Dragon Roost Island. IDK why, but that song just never did anything for me.

I agree with you for some songs like Lost Woods, and Gerudo valley is somewhat catchy, there are other songs in the soundtrack that I really just am not a fan of like the Kokiri Forest and Hyrule Field.

The thing is there is a song in Ocarina of Time that I absolutely love. In fact its one of my favorite Zelda songs ever. However, absolutely no one gives it any attention, it just gets left in the dust despite being beautiful. That song is the Deku Tree's theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NsZTu9ikdTg

The dungeons in SS had THEMES?!?! I never even noticed!

Seriously, I didn't. I guess they were just that uninteresting. Unlike some of the overworld themes and and character themes, which I really enjoyed.
