In OoT there is blood when an enemy hits you, and in v1.0 Ganondorf coughs up red blood. It's green in other versions.

That red stuff that comes off Link when he gets hit is supposed to be blood?
After I finish life the first time, I'm doing a challenge run.

Yes, it is supposed to be blood. What else would it be? Hearts? Hearts pump blood.

Probably one of those people who thought the red sparks from your sword strikes in TP was "blood."

Actually, why did TP have have Blood in it's ESRB rating? The only times I can think of is Beast Ganon, which is more like some kind of light energy stuff, and Morpheel's eye, which is blurred by the water and is debatably eye fluid instead of blood. The ERSB doesn't count static blood, so the small splotches on Rusl's wounds wouldn't qualify, either.
