I never played either of them and can not decide what one. Need info and personal thoughts on the two games to help make a decision.

truthfully both are good.its really hard to choose between the 2.me i would chose majoras mask as my personal favorite but then again i like every one of the games in the series.

are you looking for a specific console because both can be played on the gamecube using the gb player and the collectors edition disk???

i would get both if you can.you wont be disappointed with either game

I have a preference for the 3D Zelda's so I guess MM in my book. Also I prefer all that tone/story/blah blah that all MM lovers talk about.

Really can't go wrong with either. ALttP has a pink-haired Link. Make of that what you will.

Lol, and I have a preference for 2D Zeldas. ALttP is awesome. Get it!

But you're good either way. MM is a great game. It's the same engine as OoT, so if you liked that then MM should feel pretty natural, though there are a couple of design decisions that make it quite different.

Both are excellent. If you're looking for something with characterization/story, pick MM.

Depends honestly, I look to Alttp more for the gameplay/sword play. I look at MM for the story and the dark undertones. Its a really emotional game, to me at least.



If you like puzzles and fighting more, go with Alttp.
If you like Story more, and tons of sidequest, go with MM.
