They need to make another Zelda like Majora's Mask. It was like the funhouse version of OoT. The music the colors the atmosphere it was awesome!

that was the biggest tease I was so let down. I mean they redid OoT(not very well IMO) so why not MM?

They already made another Zelda game that was focused on gimmicks and filler content over actual fun. It was called Skyward Sword, and it was basically the same thing as MM except with more dungeons.

Similarities
A non-ganon villian
Landscape is completely different
Four main areas in each
Gimmick focus (time limit vs motion control)
Sword upgrades
Ability to refight bosses

Differences
One focused on side quests, other has crap sidequests
Transformations and masks
MM actually has character developement in minor chars
Of corse, both have completely different mechanics and weapon items

Anyone can add more if they feel like it.
The official King, now and forever, of the rackattack board. HUZZAH!

Miiverse is amazing. It's like Gamefaqs but without the trolls.

Now that you mention it Chrono Trigger is also a lot like MM

Similarities
A non-ganon villian (Magus->Lavos SkullKid->Majora Ghirahim->Demise)
Landscape is completely different (from other Zelda games)
Four main areas (loosely true in each era if you don't count sidequest areas as main areas)
Gimmick focus (time "limit" in MM is about as much as a gimmick as time travel is in CT)
Sword upgrades (Masamune gets patched then upgraded just like in MM/SS)
Ability to refight bosses (New Game+)

Differences
One focused on side quests (just as true in CT as it is in MM imo), other has crap sidequests (SS obviously although I kinda liked them)

Transformations and masks (in CT there is Glenn transformed by a villian (Magus/Skull Kid) who isn't the REAL villian (Lavos/Majora) and Queen Zeal or maybe even the Mammon machine are a mask for Lavos)

MM actually has character developement in minor chars (well if you count KingG, Azala, and Dalton)
Of course, both have completely different mechanics and weapon items (well no ****)

Wow that was easy lol
