Most is probably MM.

But best? I think I have to say WW. Both of Salvatore's minigames are addicting, and the puzzle-sliding one in the cabana is enjoyable and relaxing. Plus the flight control platform.

The fishing in OoT nearly takes the cake all on its own, though.

I would say that a mini game is anything that could be a separate game entirely on it own.

^^^The only thing that made OoT fishing REALLY cool was trying to capture the Hylian Loach...for the longest time I thought it was just a rumor until I finally caught it. One of the craziest secrets in the game.

heck,at least it's just an optional minigame...sonic adventure on the other hand...
