I remember playing this for the first time on the Demo Gameboy Color at Wal Mart when I was a kid. At the time I didn't know what to think of it though since I was just randomly in the middle of the game.

It wasn't until many years later that a couple of old friends of mine were talking about the oracle games and how they loved them so much. I got my first chance to go through seasons about 2 years ago, I loved it.

Between Ages and Seasons, I prefer Seasons myself. I just enjoying changing the weather over switching time periods.

I like Subrosia a lot, it's nice to have a hidden land of south park kenny's.

I think Seasons had a lot of really good items as well. I personally love the Roc's Cape, Magnetic Gloves, and Magic Boomerang.

Another thing I like is seeing all the Zelda 1 Bosses come back with new attacks and methods of fighting them.

I also feel like Seasons was the better "sequel". I liked how you got to see Queen Ambi still searching for her true love and how she eventually reunites with him. The only thing that really stood out to me in Ages Linked Story was the Subrosians at Rolling Ridge, lol.

Overall, I love both Oracle Games, but I mainly prefer Seasons myself.

I do prefer Ages, but I love Seasons nevertheless. It's my first Zelda game ever and my second favorite overall. It has tons of charm and it's very polished. Along with Ages, I don't think they could have made a better Zelda game for the GBC.

I borrowed it off a friend a good few years ago (I think it was when I was 13/14) and got largely frustrated by it. The overworld and Subrosia confused me, and I ended up getting stuck on Poison Moth's Lair for some reason. I recently bought it again on eBay and I'm loving it now! I finally got the hang of navigating the overworld and using Subrosia for shortcuts and the like. I just got to the Explorer's Crypt. The Magnetic Gloves are fast becoming one of my favourite ever Zelda items, they just have so many uses in puzzles, and some combat use too. As soon as I finish Seasons, I'm starting Ages, which I'm really looking forward to! And as soon as that's done I'll dig out my old GBC and link them.
