Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge

I was just wondering, but how big of a file size are the patches, and are they going to be a problem with the basic Wii U? With 5 GB of the 8 GB already in use for system updates and what not, can we expect to see games like this fill up the last 3 GB in no time?

The reason I'm asking is because I bought the base set. Not because I couldn't buy the Deluxe edition, but simply because I didn't want a black Wii U.

nope i have the basic, and the problem is not the size of the patch but how long it takes to download.

mine said 8secs to download but it was actually like 6mins

as for space, i would leave system updates for the console's memory and patches etc for the flash drive

That meant 8mins. The download time is in hours and minutes, not minutes and seconds

I think more or less the concern comes from too many patches on a basic. Not sure how big this was (let's say 500mb) which leaves you with only 2.5g of patches (say they are the same size so 5 more games with patches).

You can always by a flash drive or delete them. I got the basic because I wanted white too and I never download games...but this could be a problem.
