I know we get this from Clan Battle, but how exactly do we get this?
Is it totally random thing?

On 360 and PS3 you get it from clearing 3 ultimate trials I believe

Yeah. But here in Wii U, you get Genshin Headgear from clearing 1 Ultimate Trial.
And Armor from Clan Battle. I already got headgear but I just dont know how to get Armor. :(

Hey dude! Came on here to try and get some insight on a few things and noticed this topic you posted. I've been trying to figure out how to get this armor as well. Been Playin clans like a mother and still no DN armor. I've won many battle royals and leader survivals, but nothing. Ill let you know if I end up getting it and check my ninja stats to figure out how it was done
