Devil's Third was going to be a THQ game. When they started having all of their problems, they dropped the IP. Devil's Third currently does not have a publisher. It may very well never see the light of day. :(
I heard that Itagaki was contacting Microsoft about that and will end up being an Xbox exclusive rather than multiplat like originally planned :(
I would be completely fine with this. Haven't heard anything about this title since THQ dropped it, though.
