Ok, I get confused with Ninpo. Which is the best to heal with? Which are the best to "aim"?

Does Momiji get health when she casts a single fireball with that Autumn Harvest spell? Does it benefit Momiji to use magic on a single fireball, or wait until her Ninpo bar is full instead? And is it worth it for Momiji to cast her Ninpo magic, then press X+A again to explode the fireballs? Should I bother attacking while Momiji's ninpo is active, or just let her run around & not attack while it is active? Thank you.

Single fireball does not heal, it re-stuns bosses and enemies leading to bootleg loops. Also has I-frames I believe... Also, it knocks Alma down for a free combo ^^

If you explode the fireballs, best to use the Ninpo in the air from the start. Apparently it does more damage that way, can't confirm this though.
Not sure about attacking during her Ninpo, but general consensus seems to be that the Ki is best used for Meditation healing or Autumn Harvest offense.

Void & Windblades: best used to attack, they heal anyway and you get more mileage out of healing and killing at the same time then just healing with that small Ki bar.

Inferno: depends on what you prefer really, I've heard its attack heals quite a bit. Can't comment on this as I rarely use it.

True Inferno: both ways, but offense is preferred if you have full Ki bar as it literally kills everything on the screen and heals you completely in the process! Even some mid-bosses die in one casting O.O

Raging Mountain God: Meditation definetly, the spell isn't all that amazing against bosses/enemies and Ayane's beastly delimb means she doesn't need it anyway as she can just SoB everything in sight!

Rending Wind: both ways. Has quite the big Ki bar for Meditation and Rending Wind is good at hitting a lot at once with it's big area of effect. Usually kills most it hits too.

Is True Inferno exactly the same in the vanilla game? (Practically the Ultimate Ninpo?)

Thank you for the responses. I've been experimenting with Momiji's ninpo. The single fireball from Autumn Harvest _can_ heal, but the results are almost negligible from a single hit. You can gain a tiny amount of health if you are right in the face of two or three enemies and cast it, so it will hit all three and then be able to heal you a small amount.

It seems Momiji's ninpo is excellent for healing when there are two or more enemeis close together. I can usually heal herself up completely against regular enemies by getting a few close together in a corner, activating it, and running into them. It is no that helpful for bosses because usually there is only one boss, so in the same amount of time the fireballs will not do as many hits with fewer targets.

Attacking seems to be just fine when Momjiji does her ninpo, but it somewhat spreads the enemies out making it harder for the fireballs to hit a target (which makes them heal) so it is not the best strategy. The reason why I though attacking was useless was because once Momiji activates her ninpo she can "explode" it early (it explodes at end of ninpo anyway), and I was always exploding it early by hitting the X+A twice making it seem like her ninpo was extremely short.
