Day 2 UN with Momiji - Team Ninja can go **** themselves!

Stupid choppers before the boss, the camera goes crazy/framerate is all over the place/enemies keep swarming you/the 2 choppers reading your inputs and juggling you with their missiles for what feels like an eternity.

And best of all, Momiji can't destroy the chopper weakpoints just like Kasumi can't (6 shots didn't do the job that's for sure). And to think the Day 3 chopper fight is even worse *cries*
Never touching Story Mode again after doing Momiji's playthrough. Team Ninja just put the girls in without modifying CC mode to accommadate for their projectile weaknesses. >.<

Hayashi: "Hey guys, you can use the girls now but if you want to win in CC you have to use Ryu" *trollface*

PS

It was said that Momiji's arrow is better then Ryu, either I'm missing something here or they were talking nonsense as Momiji's sure doesn't feel better...

basically

I noticed it since they put "more weapons" in the game, they just threw them in there and didnt modify the game for them.

even in Beta gaiden 3, when they gave us dlc missions, thats why Marbus is glitch god, Doku was dumb easy and Alma was immune to the player fighting her.


Im pretty sure if i had to guess, these "new" 25 missions coming are probably Hayashi throwing Obaba and tengu's from sigma 2 into the game without modifying some code to make them fit into it.

Just play on Normal or Hard...At least it won't make you insane.
Games are to be enjoyed, not to rage. If you're not having fun, tone down the difficulty...
At least's that's what I think, a challenge, is not worth it, if I'm not having any fun.

I do it for the immense adrenaline rush I get when I DO get past it like this morning and it forces me to become a better player.

Strategy:

The key is having everything upgraded but save 1 health upgrade. Once the first one appears try and keep fighting the grunts as long as possible. Now use Crimson Lotus and go nuts on them, it heals a ton on level 3 and the final burst will delimb everything close by severely hindering their speed. Now keep shooting the chopper every chance you get until you've got like 8 hits in. After the "Koredei LASTO!" wave they'll be out of ammo for awhile so use this opportunity.

STOP HERE! You do not want the chopper to die yet as it'll spawn the 2nd one. Now get rid of the grunts with lots of SoB's and carefully take the jerk down. This'll "end" the wave with a karma score bonus showing, quickly buy your health upgrade and charge an arrow for free damage and then take down the 2nd chopper.

Actually did it in only 3 tries when I remembered the upgrade trick works here xd

Oh yeah, forgot! Momiji's double jump Y is useful for getting through the LASTO! volley.

Did a Ryu run for Day 3 UN and apparently there are only 4 choppers here instead of the 6+ of Story Mode. Should be doable with Momiji with a few hours of trying...
