I don't see why not.
It'd be the perfect time to reveal the highly anticipated Professor Layton.

Yes! Yes! That could be a taunt!
It would be so absurd!

Is Metroid's gun part of his armor or is he a cyborg like Data from Star wars?

You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfDtJvYrFD4

God I would love if Layton got in. Instant main.

All I want in Smash is Professor Layton (Which is a long shot, but one can only hope)

Probably not. Like, extremely unlikely.

so then,in the next e3 we will get the next batch of characters

Stop being so optimistic. It's disgusting. Optimism is thought-crime. Thought-crime is bad and you should feel bad. Big Brother is always watching.

Isn't it optimistic to think people will take you seriously when you say "thought-crime"?

Well they'll hopefully and probably reveal a character in September. So they could do it at PAX. Ya gotta remember when Gamescom came around, we already had a character reveal that month.

Did you not read my other post? That was the point. It wasn't supposed to be serious. Isn't it a requirement to read 1984 in school? That's a classic book.
