No more distant-flying sky KOs.

I wil miss them, but it's a good change.

I believe someone once pointed out that they weren't shown for Brawl before release either. We may still have them.

It's good if they're gone. The random element of getting star KOs or Screen KOs tampered with the kill count whenever the time went down to the last few seconds.

There was something about your options on the ledge but I forgot what it was exactly, I think it had to do with damage not affecting them, except for your invincibility.

If Jiggs returns, Rest is now less viable.

It makes sense to disable Star KOs during promotional footage so as to not slow the pacing of the action being shown.
