Super Smash Bros. Wii U

I know apparently the focus is not to expand the roster too much, but why not?

If the fans want it, they want it. There should be none of this "well they can only have so many FE reps and characters overall, so let's give Ike the boot". I sit down with my friends, and I know the gameplay is fun. But I eventually run out of characters I want to try, and I wish there were more faces and iconic characters that got represented in Smash Bros. So far, they've done a great job with that. But it's been 4 years since Brawl came out, now it's time for even more.

People know who Ike is. People have played his games, and realistically he's going to be a lot more popular going into SSB4 than Krom. So I figure they'll both make it in. They'd better.

It's not so much as people want him cut so much as he's a good candidate thanks to bringing in Krom (or another new FE Lord) and trying to keep the pretty swordsboy population down. Even then he has enough things going for him to stick around.

I imagine him getting cut would cause an even bigger s***storm than when Mewtwo was cut...

Krom's game selling more than twice as many games in one week than both Ike's games together(oh, and more than Ike's first game did throughout it's lifetime in Japan) certainly does make his shot at popularity appeal weak...
