Bill Rizer in Smash Bros?

While I do think he would fit better with the cast in PS All Stars, the Contra games sell better on the nintendo platforms then it did on the Sony ones (I think). So any chance we'll see him in a game like this?

Contra games were one of my favourite action games, it would be cool to see Bill playable in a smash bros type of game.
