Thanks for writing. It's great to hear what you would like to see from us in the future, and I'm happy to document your comments and share them with other departments here at Nintendo. I want to let you know that Waluigi has always been one of my favorite character as well, with those spindly legs!
I know that it would be great to tell you that more new games including Waluigi have been announced and provide the release date. Unfortunately, there hasn't been an announcement or even a hint of an announcement-either from us or our licensee partners-so for now we have to assume that new games including Waluigi don't yet exist.
Of course, new products are revealed by us and our licensee partners throughout the year, so keep checking our website's "What's New" section (http://www.nintendo.com/whatsnew) for the latest information and announcements.
I also think it's cool that you are interested in the upcoming Wii U game, Wario and Game. While I can absolutely share your feedback expressing your interest in Waluigi in general, it is different when it is concerning a specific game that is in the development process. As a rule we do not forward ideas to our developers about games they are currently working on for a variety of reasons, but I appreciate your taking the time to share your suggestions with us. Rest assured that those who are currently designing and programming Wario and Game are among the best in the industry, tasked with creating the most enjoyable gaming experience possible. It's entirely possible that they have already thought of the same things you suggested, or something even better!
As we get closer to the game's launch date, you can count on more information being revealed at our website (www.nintendo.com). Stay tuned!

It seems as if it isn't a bot, yet you'll get the exact same message again with a different signature at the end of the email. It's happened to me before.
I guarantee you that you aren't the first one to email them about Waluigi, so it's not unlikely that this was just another bot either.
