He's a video game icon, true, but thats really all he has going for him IMO. Fighter-wise I don't think he'd be anything special, even the opposite, pretty boring. Eat, roll, bounce, and general punching / kicking. Granted, its been a long time since I've played a Pac-Man game, so mabye they've spiced him up a bit, but that was pretty much the extent of his abilities the last game I played. Doesn't sound very interesting.
There are other Namco characters I'd much rather see.
