He's the lord from Fire Emblem 5.

And I give him a 10. He's my most wanted FE newcomer, and while I severely doubt he'll be in, he'd make a great character. Plus, he can rep just about every weapon from FE.

I'm tempted to give this guy a decent score just for actually having an off-the-wall name like "Leaf," but really I couldn't care less about this character either way.
