Don't know the series very well but this actually seems fairly likely to me...

Voted Jack Frost just for ability to fit in I guess.

Devil Survivor is the only Nintendo series. So either the protagonist, or the Anguished one (who could serve an assist trophy) would make due. And as for Lucifer... yeah, let's throw him in this game. I bet battles would become so balanced with a bunch of humans and turtles vs an ex-arch angel.

Archangels are low on the divine heirarchy. Cherubs, powers, principalities, dominions, virtues, and seraphs all outclass them. Therefore Lucy does not raise any serious balance concerns as an ex-archangel.
