Only his 2D form is iconic, and it would make no sense. Such a hilariously ignorant argument. Pacman was drawn with limbs and a face and whatnot on the actual arcade machine. This is the image people knew and know him as. The only people who don't know him that way are children who have only come into the video game world recently. Don't get me wrong, I still think having Pacman as a character in SSB4 is an awful idea.
