Jigglypuff.

Cute and goofy, completely unique, was in the original and all three games, and isn't popular for being nostalgic due to being overpowered in a gen full of glitches.

Besides, Lucario and a handful of newer Pokemon do Mewtwo's job in Smash much better. Never mind that we already have Zelda.

Jiggs by far. I like him as a playable character. Mewtwo should be a boss or stay gone.

Iunno, he wasn't playable in Brawl. And Jiggs was better in Melee, so she was "more playable".
