Wonderful Joe from The Wonderful 101 should be in this roster maker (images folder tells me he isn't). He's a possible 2nd party Nintendo character and they have even said they'd consider him.

Is he just an obviously blatant ripoff of Viewtiful Joe? Or was it the other way around? I honestly have never heard of this Joe before; I'm completely curious.

Made by the same guys. Just Capcom owns Viewtiful Joe and they are no longer with Capcom.

It should work, try this:

Copy what is inside the "dist" folder, so the files "Smash_Roster_Maker.jar" and the "lib" folder to the upper one, where the ".exe" file is. Then, double click on the "Smash_Roster_Maker.jar" file. If that doesn't work for some reason, follow the instructions in the "Readme" file.
