I've seen that on a few websites, but I can't seem to find anything confirming or denying that "fact". Can someone clarify it.

It's a valid interpretation, especially given that Solid Snake is a genetic clone of a bisexual man and developments in MGS4.

His and Otacon's English VAs have said that they portray them as a couple.
