Isn't everyone in mvc3 OP in some aspect but it's still really unbalanced?

But yeah hoping this game will be balanced....yeah probably not gonna happen.

Pikachu? Seriously? Just stay out from above him and lure him under ledge. Thunder (he doesn't have T-bolt) is a decent, but not OP move. That's like saying to Nerf Falcon Punch.
