Pretend as if everyone was doubting his inclusion, does this game mean anything for SSBU?

No.

Surely there's no problem with them putting me in Brawl, right?
It's ****ing satire, damnit. In NGE, Doritos are perishable goods.

We don't even know if Namco will get a character.

A game doesn't magically increase the chance of us getting a character contrary to what people think. It especially doesn't confirm a character.

Toad, Bowser Jr., King K. Rool, Dixie Kong, Mewtwo, Samurai Goroh, Roy, Mach Rider, Isaac and Mega Man for SSB4.

I totally think this new Pac-Man game means he'll be in Smash Bros. The game makes Pac-Man appear more relevant since he's going to be in a new game and his inclusion helps Namco.

So Pac-Man is Kirby now...

Wonderful.

Now more than ever, I'm afraid that if they do put Pac-Man in, they'll use his s***ty current design instead of his awesome Pac-Man World design.

Not confirmed, but more likely than ever before? Yes.
