otherwise I won't have anyone to play couch co-op with (assuming you can either way). If not, I don't think I can talk my girlfriend or my room mate in to playing it with me.

Sounds like your friends have crappy taste in gaming.

Yes, local co-op was confirmed, as well as cross-system online play with the Vita version.

Lol. I have the same problem. None of my friends play the same games as I do.

That's when you make better friends.

I won't be anybody's friend who doesn't like at least some of the games I do.
