Pikmin 3

I'm fine with it not having multiplayer.
It does not affect my decision to buy the game upon release.
I wouldn't use it anyways.

Who seriously cares that much. This game is primarily intended to be a single-player experience. If Nintendo has to put in effort into online at the sake of a lesser single-player experience, then I'd rather not have online (or even multiplayer at all) with a better single-player experience.

Yes, Nintendo screwed up on online capabilities in the past (lolrofl brawl). But it's not like they should shove it down your throat in this game; co-op is merely an addition, not the focus of pikmin 3. Same idea with DKCR and krtdl, games which are primarily single-player with an optional hop-in hop-out co-op. If you're getting pikmin 3 for the purpose of online, then go somewhere else.
