Was the Spring 2013 just for Japan? Launch Window for NA?

It's already been said in the latest Nintendo Direct that it's not out till Q2 next year (so April at the earliest)...

At least we're starting 2013 now. In the weeks to come, we'll no longer live by any more cryptic release windows/ranges like "spring" and "Q1/Q2".
